By purchasing, downloading, activating, or using our WordPress software plugins (including NBKB B2B Wholesale Suite and its associated add-ons), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our software or website.

1. Software Licensing & Usage Rights

Our software architecture respects open source principles while providing premium enterprise features:

In no event shall NBKB Labs or its creators be held liable for any damages (including, without limitation, lost store profits, business interruption, or data corruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our software products. We strongly advise all store owners to maintain regular, scheduled database backups before applying software updates.
